Devastation as far as the eye can see
Wrought by the will of nature
Lands of great beauty
Laid to waste in no time at all

The grounds keep on shaking
Violent waters washing everything away
The resources of man
Threaten to poison more of the land

The (Pink) Uniform

The zombified and tired workers of the night shift at the hospital were all gratefully ending their shifts and clocking out. The fresh batch of daytime employees was starting to arrive and take their places at their various work stations. A very bedraggled receptionist who had worked the entire graveyard shift was replaced by two young women. Everyone who left the building and passed under the large pink and blue "Flora and Merryweather Hospital" sign at the entrance were very relieved if not happy to be going home and back to sleep after their long shifts.

The cafeteria specifically for the Turks was relatively peaceful that morning. It was generally fairly calm unless someone was in a hurry to go on a mission, or until the infamous Reno Sinclair arrived. They were a serious group of individuals and very committed to their work; at least, once again, until Reno arrived. While he was committed like the rest of them, he showed it in some very different ways. His naturally light hearted personality sometimes made it easy to forget that he had such an esteemed job in the company.

Micah Lee Kenji was cursing his poor luck and hurrying through the crowds of Reilah in the ballroom. He was almost certain that Princess Jarah had purposely distracted to him to ensure he'd eventually lose track of Souri amongst the countless noblemen and noblewomen once the festivities were fully underway. Dimey again, the accused bishonen himself.

When he was a kitten…we thought he was a girl…so we named him “Diamond.” Then we learned he was actually a boy…and subsequently became known as Dimey and Mr. Dime.

Whenever we have the front door open and just the screen door closed, both cats hurry to the window to hand out in the sun that comes on. XD
